Nice and smooth

I paid extra for the minibar and I was disappointed to find that it only had 1 water and 1 coke.

Staff is super nice and so is the room I stayed. They also speak English which was amazing for me. Their breakfast buffet is amazing too. I would definitely recommend

エントランスが階段ですが、スーツケースがあることをフロントへ伝えたらリフトの使い方を教えてくれました。　朝食会場はキッチンの中が見えるので、シェフが心をこめて作っている様子がよく分かります。スタッフも明るく親切でした。　宿泊者も人柄の良い人が多い印象でした。　部屋の掃除は環境のために断るメッセージカードがあります。そのカードを1日だけドアノブにかけたら、ゴミ箱がそのままでしたから、入室もなかったようです。トイレットペーパーの補充もなかったのでフロントへ言ってもらいました。　部屋には良いスリッパがありました。　チェックアウトの際にフロントで呼んでいただいたタクシーは、安全運転で大変良いドライバーでした。（中央駅まで11ユーロ以内。チップを少し多めにお渡ししました。）　部屋で気になったことは１つ。クローゼットのハンガーの位置が高すぎて、身長165㎝の私でもやや使いにくかったです。

I enjoyed my stay a lot. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, good atmosphere, great breakfast, loved the focus on eco friendliness. Would absolutely stay here again. The location is ok, nice neighborhood, a bit out of the city center but bus/Metro/ tram options nearby (nearest Metro station got quite dodgy at night during the day perfectly fine).

This was truly a breath of fresh air where a hotel actually lived up to the images and expectations from its online presence. Cleanliness for me is paramount when choosing where to stay and this hotel made me feel comfortable and reassured. The room was very clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. As per most hotels, their fitness room is not well equipped and could really be improved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Milan. Just to note, the walking distance to the nearest metro station is approximately a 15 minutes away if you don’t mind that.

Excellent accueil et tout à long du séjour, chambre moderne et confortable, bonne literie, pas de pb de bruit, petit dej classique mais bon, bien situé pour visiter Milan, stationnement facile, tout était conforme à l’attendu

Flott hotell i rolig og trygt område av Milano! Vennlige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen og restauranten. Rene og pene rom, bra AC og stille. Fantastisk fin bakgård hvor man kan ta en Aperitivo eller spise frokost.

Ett av bästa hotellen i Milano. Rummet var 10 av 10, frukost helt okej, mycket bra service och alla är trevliga. Hotellet ligger cirka en kilometer från Milano C, och metro station Piola är jättenära hotellet. Rekommenderar starkt.

Trekker litt ned pga frokosten som var kaotisk begge dager, ikke bra renhold og tomt for mat, kopper, tallerkner og kaffe. Bordene ble ikke ryddet

We stopped for a quick night before our flight out. Staff was extremely friendly, and since we had to leave before 7:30am breakfast, they insisted we took complementary juice bottles before leaving. Great staff, would go back.

Nice and clean small hotel for a short stay. It is far away from the city center. Scooters or a car are recommended. Easy parking. Helpful stuff.

From check in to check out those working at the hotel could not have been more pleasant. Everybody I met greeted you with a smile and hello especially the breakfast team. The room was a perfectly comfortable size for one traveller, the bed serving the dual purpose of bed and day bed was comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. I saw something new in the room’s artwork every day. The hotel’s location is quiet but perfectly walkable to metro stations, Milano Centrale and to the city centre.
