Only stay here if you are familiar with Bangkok and hotels in this area. The experience was fine. Despite the staff being overworked and stressed during the Songkran festival, they made an effort to make my stay comfortable and relaxing as much as they could. Facilities are basic — you get water, a TV, towels, and a bed. The ambience could be better, but it is what it is. The food was okay — cheap, filling, and satisfying for a quick meal. The staff were good and tried their best to assist despite the busy festival period. The highlight was the efforts of the staff to ensure a comfortable stay despite the hectic environment. The price was very reasonable during the festival, offering good value for money. Located in the heart of downtown, the hotel is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

Siêu tệ, nhân viên ở đây không nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Đều là những người đến Thái để du lịch, không phải người bản địa, phong tục tập quán ở Thái Lan người ta không hiểu hết phải hướng dẫn. Nhân viên lúc nào cx cau có khó chịu. Thật sự vô cùng thất vọng. Mình đi những lần trước khách sạn ở Pratunam nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, làm mình yêu đất nước con người Thái, ở đây thật sự làm mình cảm thấy ngột ngạt.

Kalau malem banyak psk depan hotel. Kayaknya emang tempat plus-plus gitu. Hotel pun jelek, resepsionis nggak ramah, kalau telat check in akan langsung kena denda per jam. Not recommended.
