Hotel yang sangat strategis, dekat dengan stasiun kereta, pusat perbelanjaan, dan food street. Jika ke Osaka lagi, saya akan menginap di hotel ini.

Very convenient to subway & shopping districts and plenty of food choices around hotel. Convenience store is just within the hotel itself @ the lobby. No need to brave the cold in December to go out to the convenience store. Hotel room is clean, smart lights & aircon within control of an IPAD by the bed side. You can adjust the lights brightness & aircon temperature/mode without getting off bed. You can also set alarm via the IPAD provided. Very thoughtful of the hotel to daily provide shampoo, cond., bodywash, facial wash, facial lotion. Even bath salts (in sachets)! They all smell great. Hotel room, toilet & bath is large. Water pressure was very strong & excellent for quick shower in the winter. There is a sitting area (sofa & coffee table) beside the bed. The TV mount can be adjusted as the TV and bed is not aligned. TV has many local channels, Chinese channels as well as Netflix, but you need to have a Netflix account to watch. Hotel room also came with adaptor plug, if you don't have an travel adaptor. Hair dryer was weak in drying hair, but works, just that it takes longer. Checking in & out were quick and fuss free. All staffs were very polite! Daily housekeeping were done well, towels were changed daily. Provided new toothbrush & toothpaste daily. The hotel has multiple lifts, no congestion, no waiting time for lifts when it gets crowded. The only negative experience was that every night from 10pm - 11.30/12midnight, there are always non-stop motorcycles/bikes revving sounds down the street, which could be heard very clearly even though I stayed at level 16! Very unfortunate. Overall, a pleasant stay, though noisy bikes were an issue but they stopped by 12midnight daily.

Lovely hotel! Location 's great, walking distance from Dotonbori, there 's plenty of food places nearby too. Booked a Premium room-pleasantly surprised there 's Dyson Airwrap in the room for hair styling. Free flow minibar and nice toiletries, hotel staff were great too. We truly enjoyed our stay there. 10/10 will stay again.
