Advertised as a 4 star hotel, but this rating feels very generous. Unless your standards are fairly low, it’s difficult to consider this a true 4-star experience. The hotel is located around a 10-minute walk from the start of the old town and close to the pedestrian street, which is convenient but somewhat away from the best part of Breast. The building itself is certainly impressive from the outside, with large faux Greco-Roman columns and grand architecture with massive dome at the top . It was originally built in 2009 with the intention of becoming a university, which perhaps explains the unusual design. Guests enter via a red-carpeted staircase leading up to reception. Unfortunately, the welcome was underwhelming, as the receptionist was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The room rate only included parking, accommodation, and breakfast — notably, there was no included access to the spa or pool. In fact, both were closed during our stay. We were told the spa would cost an additional €40 unless booking a treatment, while pool access was €10 per person. The interior corridors on the first floor felt tired and dusty, with a lingering smell throughout. Even after check-in time, there was visible housekeeping activity, with bedding and supplies left outside rooms while cleaners continued working. We were upgraded to Room 110, described as a suite, although it was really just a larger room with a seating area and table. The room did include a coffee machine. The king-

Piscine et sauna totalement fermés sans indication sur le site… un peu frustrant

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever visited. Complete false advertising, none of the facilities advertised, awful breakfast, unhelpful and unattentive staff - strongly recommend you do not stay here, it's a scam.

Nice big hotel. Easy parking and big room. Breakfast okay not more and pool and spa closed so no extra for that..

Ein besonderes Hotel bei dem alles stimmte!

Der Fitnessraum war okay. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Für den Pool war es leider zu kalt. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Berat. Personnel au top, chambre très bien et petit déjeuner très bien. Spa très bien avec supplément de 15€ par personne.

Un très bel hôtel avec une grande chambre et une très belle vue sur la piscine extérieure. Le petit déjeuner était varié et équilibré. Le plus bel hôtel de Bérat selon nous !

Das Hotel war toll. Die Küche leider überhaupt nicht. Auch nach Beschwerde kam keine Entschuldigung sondern ein :das machen wir hier so. Ein Steak Medium ist auf der ganzen Welt ein Steak Medium. Dort war es eine bessere Schuhsohle. Ganz schlimm. Die Pasta Arrabiata ist scharf-überall. Dort war sie ungenießbar. Am meisten ärgert aber diese arrogante Art - das ist hier so. Also-schlafen dort gern - essen niemals.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, leider sind schon viele Dinge kaputt. Im Spa Bereich war der Streamer auf Dauerbetrieb so heiß, dass man sich verbrüht hätte. Frühstücksbuffet wie in einer Kantine. Personal anstatt Tische abzuräumen lieber am Handy bor den Gästen. Keinenfalls ein 5 Sterne Haus. Leider haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
