We stay here a lot. Great hotel, wonderful staff. Could improve things by having a refrigerator and some coat hangers in the room.

The staffs were approachable/friendly. Love the place. I really appreciated their services, particularly the water drinking supply. You will find the drinking water station on each lobby, no huzzle to call for a staff or to buy outside the hotel. Keep it up. Love to stay again in the future.

YELLO for me is one of the best hotels in Cebu. Cheap rates yet super sulit stays all in all from their rooms to food and hospitality.

Great place to stay in Cebu! It's a new hotel so the amenities and infrastructure are great.

We love that it’s so clean, new, and very relaxing. The room was perfectly made and prepared for families. My kids loved it here. The only downside would be that the tiles right after you go out of the bathroom is too slippery, not safe for my kids. Also there was just a small selection of food during the breakfast buffet :( The staff are amazing and helpful. Will come back really soon!

It was a great stay! Accommodating and friendly! Specially the ones in their coffee shop in the lobby. Although the breakfast was kinda not expected. But over all, would consider staying back again. Breakfast; food takes a lot of time to replenish. We were famished but you have to wait a few minutes to have the food available. We stayed 3 nights. Hope they can take a look at that.
