Staff at night its very help full but in morning staff new he call me to ask room like calling tuk tuk I walk to outside and he just stay in desk

The hotel is strategically placed and the room is really big. However, the hot water does not work in certain hours, and some of the cable cords are not working as well

tôi đến đây vào thời điểm lễ hội té nước.không may cháy kế bên khách sạn. và tất nhiên sẽ là 1 đêm thật bận rộn để di chuyển đến khách sạn khác. tôi rất cảm ơn các sắp xếp tuyệt vời của khách sạn cho tất cả hành khách ngày hôm đó. nếu được bình chọn 1000⭐ Tôi sẽ bình chọn cho khách sạn này. tôi sẽ quay lại lần nữa khi tôi đến Cambodia.

Had a really great time staying in this hotel! It is so clean. They spoiled us a lot. I wouldn’t mind staying in this hotel again if I come back. Great and courteous stuff by the way. 😊

In room 420, I found 2 cockroaches in the room, and the water drain in the room was blocked (I guessed due to dirt since the room hadn't been use in a long time). The staff helped to clear the drain, and also (only) swept the cockroach. I asked the room to be sprayed with insecticide, but I think they only sprayed air freshener. The air con was really hot too, seemed like only air blown out. After contemplating in the room for some time, a third cockroach appeared and I decided to insist the receptionist for room change. I moved to another room on the same floor, at least it was better than the first.

very nice and beautiful hotel. they clean the room everyday very polite the staff anything you ask they give it to you. the best staff I've ever had. I will recommend this hotel and will come back here again for sure. they give us very good time. the breakfast very good and many choices. near from everything and easy to find. best choice 👍👍

untuk kamar cukup bersih, tempat tidur juga besar, toilet bersih perlengkapan mandi bersih tetapi masuk lobby bau menyengat sampai masuk dalam lift juga bau masih menyengat sampai keluar dari lift terpaksa tahan nafas bau di lobby dan lift seperti bau tikus mati tetapi berusaha di tutupi dengan bau serai malah tambah bau

Du lịch bụi cùng bạn. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng ốc như hình, khu vực thuận tiện

Khách sạn phòng sạch đẹp, rộng thoáng, nằm trong khu vực gần chợ à trung tâm Phnom penh. An ninh tốt, nhân viên phục vụ thân thiện, nhiệt tình.

Very nice hotel and the receptionist is friendly. Near to the nearby attraction as well.
