There was no wifi and no cellular data. Therefore outside communication to arrange diving etc was nearly impossible. Also a long way from town.

From day of arrival the tap water stank so badly we could not even shower. On the morning of day 3 a person arrived and told me he had switched tanks and added chlorine but smell was still the same. We decided to leave 4 days early

O lugar é fantástico, bonito , limpo e confortável. Pena ser afastado de qualquer comércio e não ter internet. Você tem que levar tudo o que for consumir pois não há como comprar lá e as estradas são muito longe e com acesso possível somente com carros 4x4 e muito altos.

We stayed overnight. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pretty gardens.

I have returned numerous times to the Dream Beach and always stayed in the Deluxe Chalet. The property is tucked in the woods and quiet and removed from the busyness of Ponta do Ouro. The self-catering is great as the kitchen is well-stocked and the terrace perfect for dining out. The beach is a short hike and always empty and offers a photogenic stretch of sand and strong surf. The only complaint this time around was that the manager was not there when I arrived and I had to wait a half hour to receive my room key.
