The view is stunning, we booked the one facing the city and high floor, the panhouse is amazing, our baby loved it.

房間闊落，服務殷勤，環境幽靜。

設計感十足，但2天才清潔一次，對連住的比較不方便，浴室無乾濕分離不方便

房間非常好，漂亮，整潔，用品非常齊全，室內空間充足闊落，可透過很大的玻璃門看出對面的滑雪場，好舒服，值得推薦。 唯一需要改善，枕頭太過軟身。

飯店對面就是學長，隔壁的雪具出租店有stepon 可以租，很方便 如果你要去超市或是餐廳，可以預約飯店的車子 房間很大很舒服

房間寬敞舒適，很乾淨，景色非常好，但是有一間房間沒有冷氣，夏天晚上睡覺的時候會很熱。廚房提供的餐具非常完整，冰箱也很大台，非常適合家庭出遊！

Overall we like this hotel v much but their house keeping really needs improvement. When they clean up our 3 bedroom suite, they just shuffed the used towels underneath our beds! My daughter’s pants was on her bed but they just shuffed them inside the bedsheets when they made the bed and we almost couldn’t find her pants! Also v dirty & dusty under the beds. Hotel needs to re train all housekeeping staff. But otherwise we like everything else about this hotel.

酒店泊車位略嫌不足，需要泊到附近空地，地面情況不太理想，雨天會到處漥和泥濘

離富良野北之峰纜車超級近，飯店服務超好，服務人員英文也很流利，非常滿意這次住宿，下次還選這裡。

Location is convenient to reach downtown. Good privacy.

Very nice and spacious place. Only down side… no choice for breakfast and will only clean the flat every two days and that includes taking our the trash

Nice hotel with well-equipped facilities. Clean and comfortable room which we all enjoy our stay in your hotel. If can arrange one large room with three bedrooms instead of separate rooms will be perfect.

提供餐飲服務不足，只得一間餐廳卻要預約晚餐，9時後無得食，更無room service, 令當晚8時半後才到達酒店的我無所適從。

位於滑雪場的對面，你可以想像如果在冬天的話，景色一流！我在夏天前往，就是對着一大片草地，但同時會有很多大型蚊蟲，不能輕易打開窗台。 Check-in後，工作人員有熱情介紹附近的餐廳，也願意幫忙訂位，這項服務很加分。酒店附送的早餐沒有很出色。 房間很新，可是滿大塵的。浴室沒有乾濕分離，沒有門關上，所以每次洗澡後地板都會濕掉，這點有點令人費解。

Hello this is no hotel nor hotel attention, more cleaning would be appreciated.
