Minimal staff with standard services provided. Quite place but need to drive carefully, especially during night. The room cleaning need to be improved, I found some insects in the room and roaches near the hotel.

山の上の方にホテルがあります。道中はこんなところに？と不安になりましたが、高台にあるホテルで景色が最高でした。お部屋も綺麗で遠くで花火が上がったり、プールも綺麗で最高な旅行になりました。

お部屋もひろく、朝食もおいしくてよかったです。

Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.

Great hospitality by hotel staff, friendly and prompt in responding to our needs. We had a minor setback with the room fixtures, sharp corners of our bed frame scratched one of us and they immediately changed our room after receiving feedback.

観光してホテルに戻って、大浴場にサウナがついてたので水とサウナの往復が出来とても満足でした。

Very affordable! convenient location with beautiful views. A bit off the beaten path, which ensured it was very quiet. Room was cleaned daily, and the in house restaurant was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was a big plus!

恩納村に近いホテルを選びました。 素泊まり4泊でした。施設は大浴場やプール、フィットネスがあり、内部は清潔感のあるホテルでした。 部屋の排水が悪かったのですが、すぐに対応してくれてスタッフもとても良かったです。 プールにバーがあればもっと良かったです。

I loved the location and view, along with the pool, bath room, and gym. Very clean and very nice.

朝食付なのに、朝食付いてないと言われた、調べていただき解決。また翌日も同じ質問汗 申し送りして下さい。 あと、不安になるくらい山の上にあります。夜着の方は気をつけて！

The hotel is places in a folding area which is on the one hand very relaxing and calm and on the other hand not practical in terms of the itinerary. The staff was nice and the breakfast buffet too.
