very well managed hotel. modern, super clean rooms with extremely comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast buffet is good, very good, strong wifi.

The bed in room 804 is horrible , sounds broken and noisy even when you turn

I actually chose to extend my stay to see more of Gaborone. The quality of the steaks was truly amazing, and at an unbeatable value compared to what I might pay in England for comparable meals. The hotel is very very clean, the finishes and fortnights have a solid classy feel, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is also in a convenient location in the CBD, so access to the city centre isn’t a problem.

Hotel is nice and staff is great very clean. If you are going for business this hotel is wonderful but if you are going for safaris there only one in Gaborone Botswana. Not good for vacation there’s only business no pool. You need to stay in their other hotel travelodge is close to everything this hotel is wonderful and is in botswana
