Drinks and food were good, not a problem for my trip but property doesn't have elevator. They did ask before just assigning a higher floor

This property was very well taken care of. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff was wonderful from the house keeping to the security, they were all very friendly and courteous. The beach was exceptionally beautiful. We enjoyed it everyday. The food was great with a great variety. Never boring. We ate mostly at the buffet.

Toilet in the room clogs up constantly

From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel like family. Our room was spotless, stylish, and had a breathtaking view of the garden —waking up to that every morning was pure magic. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. We especially loved the local dishes and tropical cocktails by the pool. Whether we were lounging on the beach, enjoying live music, or just soaking in the sunset, every moment was unforgettable. This hotel made our Jamaican getaway truly special, and we can't wait to come back

Awesome Resort! Great all around experience.

The toilets through out the resort were terrible. Easily clogged and just terrible. Our room toilet clogged day one. Used lobby bathroom, clogged. Spoke with other tourist to hear Clogged. I used the batjroom garbage pail, filled it with water, dumped in toilet to help flush

It is an excellent resort by the sea for one to vacation and relax.

My family and I truley enjoyed our stay at Riu Palace Tropical bay. The activities and events were great. The room was clean and the service was top notch. We stayed on the resort the whole stay and we didn't feel like we missed anything not exploring the island.
