Staff hotel yang peramah & sedia membantu sekiranya diperlukan bila-bila masa. Sangat kondusif, bersih khasnya bilik & Cafe. Breakfast yang cukup lumayan sedap menunya e.g Mee Kueh teow & Nasi lemak. Awesome 👍

The customer service (a women) is very rude. Me and my family called few times regarding our room and she answered our question with rude tone. The room is not clean too. The floor is dusty and the bedsheet got stains.

Kamarnya luas dan tempat tidur bisa untuk bawa sekeluarga nginap.

Bilik yang mmuaskan. Staff pun terbaik layanan dia orang.

Staff suruh check in kul 2pm juga, padahal kita datang 30 minit awal. Memang pengalaman teruk di Roxy Serian first and last.
