The staff, location, room and shared facilities were excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was just lovely. We used the heated pool and sauna one morning and we even had it all to ourselves. Rutkay and Ugur at the front desk gave us excellent service with keeping our bags after checkout so we could enjoy the town before heading to the airport.

I loved my stay! The staff was amazing, and the location in the city center made it very convenient to walk around and experience the local cuisines.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, wenn man mitten im Geschehen und Gewusel von Karaköy sein möchte. Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind fußläufig, ebenso Galataport, die Promenade am Bosporus mit Restaurants und Marken-Shops, schön für abendliche Spaziergänge. Die Ablegestelle des Hafens von wo die Schiffe in einige Richtungen ablegen sowie Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Karaköy" und "Kabatas" ca. 6-10 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Zimmer hat für Stadthotel eine übliche Größe. Einzig sollte man wissen, dass es abends und nachts etwas laut werden kann, die Fenster sind zwar gut gedämmt,dennoch hört man je nach Lage des Zimmers Musik. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, kenne ich aus anderen Hotels noch etwas vielfältiger.

This is a quality hotel with attentive, helpful staff. It merits its 4-star billing on the high quality of the fixtures and fittings in the room. The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is of a high standard too. Be prepared that the area around the hotel is bustling and noisy. The pool and sauna are nice touches but the gym is very limited. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay to be in the heart of the action.

Great location and the staff was amazing. Solo traveled and it was great. Has a nice spa and indoor pool for relaxation.

This is an excellent stay in an excellent location of Istanbul! The hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are modern and clean and the air conditioning is top notch. The breakfast is solid as well. Highly recommend.

This hotel is very nicely located, convenient to travel to any direction. The value vs performance was immense. We stayed a s a family with little kids, the rooms and facilities were very good. Definetely recommended.

We stayed at Galata for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is simple and beautiful, there’s access to a (small) gym and a pool and the breakfast buffet is really tasty and varied. But the best part of the experience was the openness & friendliness of the staff. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were attentive and enjoyable to work with. Hotel quality was much better than we expected. Great location, walkable to many areas of Istanbul. We recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a great place to stay in Istanbul.
