great hotel!

Loved everything

The property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure. If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place. Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you, Shore Club, you made our first trip to TCI unforgettable!

The property was beautiful. The staff was amazing but there was nothing to do at the resort or the surrounding area. It cost $100 round trip a day to go to town or the casino. The resort should have a pool table. They said they had a ping pong table but that it was broken. they do have non motorized equipment but if you are not into that then there is nothing to do. They should have some pool fun. some entertainment. Or at least have the free shuttle drop off the guests in town or the casino for free. they take you to their sister property but itis a 15 minute walk to the town and a 30 minute walk to one of the casinos. the other one is not even in walking distance. The area that you have to walk is desolate for the first 10 minutes so it's a bit scary and it was very hot. For this reason we will never return.

The Shore Club and Staff are amazing. I do recommend renting a car and driving yourself around. My children all took kitesurfing lessons on Long Bay, ages 7,8,10 and 12. Ive been kitesurfing +20 years and there is no better place to learn than Long Bay, it's Super convenient. The Saff consistently went above and beyond. Very friendly people, highly recommend.

The grounds are pretty and nice to walk around. We had hoped for more restaurant options, but the Almond Tree was good enough.

We had the best time at the Shore Club! The property is absolutely stunning, everywhere you look is picture perfect. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the beach is beautiful and quiet. We did some water sports offered at the hotel. The food was excellent, the cocktails great, we will definitely come back!

For a high-end resort, very disappointed and did not feel it was worth the price at almost $1000/night. We came for our 25th anniversary and wanted to splurge by staying at a high-end resort. With the high cost, we were expecting such better treatment and were very disappointed. The grounds were very nice and well cared for, the pools were nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the food at the restaurants for dinner was very good. Housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy. There were several nice people working at the resort. Problems started with our check-in, no info on the resort was provided, no welcome packet with info of the property, nothing about the resort and what it had to offer, we were given our keys, walked to our room and left to figure it out on our own. The room was nice but clearly needed a refresh; rust, cracked tiles, in need of a coat of paint, & dirty rugs. Our garden view room was a giant hedge, no view, none of this is what you would expect from a luxury resort. When we dined for breakfast every morning, had dinner at both Sui Ren and the Almond Tree. The food was very good. The overall service was extremely low. Searching for servers, spoken to very rudely and treated as though we were bothering them. The receptionist at the Spa was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have been to several resorts in the Caribbean, and this was one of the most disappointing. I have had better treatment for a lot less $$

Great resort, very nice facilities. The only lowlight is how chilled and uncoordinated the staff is: really bad organization, people are not motivated at all. I suggest management to remove those ridiculously auto-included +15% of “service fees” from anything they charge and let their staff be actually motivated to gain those tips by providing good service.

Beautiful property. We didn’t leave the resort at all and had a great relaxing stay. Great dining options on site and beautiful private beach.

Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled,cozy and elevated. However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings. Aside from that, the stay was a solid 10/10. The beach at the resort wasn’t ideal—lots of seaweed but having a rental car made it easy to drive just seven minutes to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Food-wise, breakfast at the hotel was decent, but we found our favorites elsewhere. Omar’s Beach Hut was hands down a 10/10, and Mr. Grouper’s was another great local spot worth checking out.

Incredible property. Beautiful setting and the rooms were wonderful. The property is on the quieter side of the island, which just means you need to drive to get to the area with restaurants and shops. Although, the food on site including the breakfast, was incredible. We will definitely return.

Gorgeous resort, not too busy this time of year. Staff was delightful and friendly.

El lugar divino y cómodo, lamentablemente nos tocó esperar más de las 3 pm (hora check in) para tener nuestra habitación ya que estaba retrasada, es primeriza vez que me pasa en un hotel, la comida muy buena, la atención del personal en lobby y piscina muy buena, aunque en el restaurante de desayuno, pésima, creo que en si deben de enfocarse más en servicio al cliente. Dejé mis gafas olvidadas en el restaurante de sushi y pregunté en el lobby si quizás las tenían y la repsuesta fue un no muy cortante. Sin ofrecerme algún tipo de ayuda para encontrarlas. Algo muy positivo es que me ayudaron muchísimo a mantener mi hielera yeti en congelación, ya que al ser madre lactante y viajar sin mi bebé debía seguir extrayendome y almacenando la leche en n varios horarios al día, el personal fue muy amable y paciente cada vez que pedía mi hielera. Es un hotel divino y perfecto para descansar

Es nuestra segunda vez en este hotel, nos gusta mucho, la playa ha mejorado mucho y tienen el Shuttele a the palms que también es espectacular

When you start the vacation getting double charged and then realize the same person double charging more than one guest, it raises more than suspicion. Our double charge was not reversed until we made it a point to not leave the service area and started to as for the accounting dept supervisor. Staff was not friendly unless there was a tip involved. However there was 3 people that went out of their way to be friendly and try to help out when they could and that was Jobe Cimes (Helped us with shuttles),
