入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂

Absolutely great location and fantastic view from the terrace of the church of Sagrada Familiar. Modern, air conditioned, clean apartment. Everything that you would require for staying in a self catering apartment was provided, though you have lots of restaurants within minutes of the apartments so need to cook. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment when the doors to the terrace were closed considering the location. The staff did respond to questions I asked via WhatsApp in the lead up to arriving in Barcelona and offered useful tips and advice. There was a problem on gaining access to the room bwcause the directions on opening the door were incorrect but we did gain access after asking another resident for help, who also had the same issue when they arrived. Also, it would have been helpful if it was made clearer at booking that the key codes required to access the apartment building and door key would only be provided, via message, frrom the 3pm check in time.

Great property and great location, sagrada familia visible from balcony if you book a city view. Apartments are good size and have everything you need. Pool is small but still a good size just to cool down at the end of the day. Plenty of seating on the roof to enjoy view and chill on an evening. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Busy area but great location if you’re looking to go to the Sangrada. Other people were having issues also with accessing the room with the keys. We also had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning staff even though we confirmed arrival time. Relatively expensive compared to other places we stayed in Barcelona but overall fairly good experience for our family of 5.

Great area. We rented 3 rooms and stayed a few nights prior to a cruise. Ordered cars to take us to terminal that cancelled 10 min after they were supposed to grab us. Very challenging getting to terminal. Would stay again.

Excellent location if you are visiting the Basílica. You can have view everyday you stay. It is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed, the cleaning ladies did a outstanding job. The only thing have to complain will be the check-in/out communication, which is through WhatsApp and locked boxes. However, the key was missing when I opened the box. I call the CS with the number I have on the lockbox and WhatsApp, I was told I have called the right number and she gave me the number I have just called. I was lucky that the cleaning lady helped to solve it. One last thing, the hotel doesn't provide luggage storage after check out, you will have to take a 15mins taxi to their offer for their luggage service. The staffs are nice in office, but that's something you need to be aware.

This is a very good accommodation in Barcelona-centrally located, accessible to public transportation, clean and safe.

A really great apartment in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment was spacious for 5 girls to stay, and the roof terrace and pool is incredible! Highly recommend to anyone.

Overall very good experience, location is good and close to some attractions in a walking distance… well planned inside with the limited space …can see Sagrada Familia from the balcony…nice amenities…

Prime location next to Sagrada Familia.

Fantastic quiet building. The roof top pool and patio is brillant with a spectacular view of the Familia. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The atea is very walkable and close access to the metro. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.
