總的來說，入住烏布蒂提克杜阿飯店 (Titik Dua Ubud) 的體驗不錯。員工熱情友善，樂於助人。酒吧的服務尤其出色，氛圍宜人，是放鬆身心的好去處。 食物尚可，味道不錯，雖然沒有特別令人難忘的亮點。不過，飯店內有餐廳可供選擇，非常方便。 房間清潔方面有待改進，尤其是灰塵。我本人對灰塵過敏，入住期間一直有過敏反應。如果飯店能更注重細節清潔，特別是容易積灰塵的表面，那就太好了。如果能改善這一點，對過敏體質的客人來說，入住體驗會更加舒適。 總的來說，這是一次愉快的入住體驗，友好的員工和舒適的酒吧是亮點。如果房間清潔方面能再加強一些，體驗會更好。

Hotel ini lokasinya strategis, parkiran cukup luas, bangunannya unik karena memang karya andra martin. Hanya saja tidak ada yg bantu assist saat baru tiba hingga ke lobby, jika barang bawaan banyak juga dibawa sendiri sedangkan jarak parkiran ke lobby cukup jauh mengingat harus lewat lorong arsitektur yg cukup panjang. Sedangkan lift lumayan sempit, jadi tidak efesien jika membawa barang dengan orang banyak sebab liftnya berkonsep lift barang yg tanpa atap. Namun untuk segi amenities cukup lengkap, kamar modern mininalist, tapi tidak kedap suara, untuk breakfastnya enak sekali. Nasi gorengnya enak, chia pudding & croissantnya juga enak. Staff ramah, hanya saja kurang koordinasi & tidak standby di titik" yg dibutuhkan.

The culinary experience was equally impressive, with delicious food that catered to a variety of tastes and preferences. Every meal was a delight, showcasing the hotel's commitment to quality and flavor. A standout feature of my stay was the guest relations service, particularly Wida. His warmth, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor made a significant impact on my experience. Wida went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed, especially since it was my birthday they managed to setup a heartwarming surprise birthday cake and beautiful bouquet of flowers! Thank you. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of great service, stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and fantastic food. It's a place where every aspect of your stay is thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Harga kamar per malam sangat pricey. Tapi semua terbayar dengan layanan bagus dari hotel ini. Dari awal datang dikasih towel basah dan welcome drink. Selain itu, kita dijelasin di kamar-nya. Semua staff ramah, check-in dan checkout juga sebentar. Makanan di sini enak cuman resto-nya rada kecil dan menu-nya perlu divariasikan lagi.

Cocok banget buat millennials, banyak spot foto yang bagus, pelayanannya TOP, room yang super nyaman, interior dalam room sangat homey, fasilitasnya keren dan super modern. Bakal balik lagi, FIX!

Overall oke. Cuma di sini harus mandiri untuk bawa koper saat check in dan check out. Jadi, yang bawaannya segambreng kayak aku dan bawa anak kecil lumayan repot ya, Bun.

Best experience I ever had! Semua panca indra diservis dengan baik. Mulai dari pandangan, aroma, kelembutan, suara dan suasana, lalu makanan yang membuai lidah. Ada kendala saat check in dan smart TV bermasalah hingga baru sampai sekitar 15.30 baru bisa nyaman istirahat dari perjalanan, tapi cara penanganan the PIC di sana sangat baik, terutama Mbak Era, karena dia yang menangani sejak check in. Thank you guys.

I stayed at Titik Dua for three nights for Ubud Open Studios and greatly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is set back from the main road, which makes it feel more secluded and quiet. My room was impeccable: modern, minimal but not sterile, with lovely touches like the tea and coffee selection, the locally crafted bed throw and nifty little table and chair. Also, whatever the hotel is using to scent their rooms—it smells divine! I would also like to highlight the warm and friendly staff—from front desk, to security and waiting staff, everybody was kind and attentive. Last but not least, the food at their own Restaurant, Ramu, is high quality and well priced. Thank you for a great stay, Titik Dua Team, and I look forward to coming back 🙏🏻.
