Credit card machine not working had to pay extra already for early check in which was more expensive than a day charge on top of that they did have any change so I had to loose more money. If the hotels are especially there for tourists then all the commodities should be working. Last day on the check out the lift was also not working so had drag all my luggage down the floor. No air ventilation absolutely in the room except for one small window which I didn’t want to open as spiders crawling around the window. Not even providing heating even if they are portable in extreme cold weather. Overall I wasn’t impressed at the end because they kinda ripped me off with charging extra and on top of that I have to leave some money because they didn’t have change. Also I would recommend if the hotels are occupied by tourists not all of them speak Spanish. Highly recommend for the front desk people to know English.

The property itself was great! It is in a great location as well, very close to cafes and bars.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Provided shuttle from airport.

Friendly staff- though many don't speak much English, which is common in Ecuador. Clean, decent price.
