everything was super clean and the warm shower was provided

The receptionist lady was very friendly and fast. I booked an only female capsule room, and the capsule room is clean, comfy, even has a luggage storage to put my small luggage and bags. Provide bath amenities and water. The shower room was clean and dry. Good location for those with international transit, no need to go out of immigration. Located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is a 24h McDonald's. Very strategic place. Well done!

It was a good choice to rest, sleep, and freshen up yourself here while waiting for the next flight. Also, the location is inside the airport; you don't need to go to the immigration gate to reach this hostel. Recommended to stay here.

Not easy to find this capsule hotel

Check out the staff, not nice at all. Asking me to put back the towel with a higher voice. I paid for the airside but all ground staff and no sign board of this hotel so I had to come landside and paid for 12 hours and only used 6 hours. At least be nice for those who paid 12 hours and only used 6 hours. For check in staff nicer

Comfy and clean. It is better than sleep in the airport.

Simple but comfortable enough too have a rest between flights, or if you arrive late at night and don't want to go all the way to the city. The price is better if you book in advance.

The room is good. However, I was blocked by the immigration officer since my flight is still in 6 hours. Once I said I will stay in capsule hotel, they need to contact to the hotel first to confirm. Might need better work around

they have 2 capsule hotel. One in 1st floor and this one is inside departure gate (Q1-21)in 2nd floor after you passed immigration it really help you to take a rest and hot shower specially when you have long transit
