The hotel was close to the Kyoto train station, which was very convenient. Staff were welcoming and were helpful when there was a room change. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Perfect! Location perfect, service great; what's best is its bed & pillows. Amenities are also great, and it has a free onsen. I recommend it highly.

The room bigger than I thought, close to kyoto station. The onsen so clean and big! The receptionist speak really good english and really helpful. Definitely will come back 😍.
