It’s weird, parking fees are required for parking, and the length of parking is a fixed and forced choice. I only parked for ten hours and was forced to pay parking fees for 24 hours.

I love everything except the fact that the hotel didn’t have microwave

Everything was fine, we had a little trouble with the restaurant but I hope it was fixed (bill wise).

Great place

There was an issue with the booking. Expedia didn’t send the right information which caused a delay in payment for the hotel. The hotel said that would contact Expedia but they attempted to run my personal debit card until it overdrawn and they would not answer the phone at all after I tried to clear it up. I only found out about the issue when they didn’t email or print me a receipt upon checkout. I felt this was horrible customer service and would never book due to charges debited without my knowledge.

Amazing and Beautiful place!

Our stay at Canopy was excellent! A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, we love the plant base lotions and shampoo - we would definitely stay again. A few 3 star rating would be for the shower (we were warned but why do complicated?), under chair in room, dirt, baby toy from previous guests, trash and lastly, it feels stuffy in the room even with AC temp at 60.

Great customer service.

The hotel was great, very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room, room 419 and as a little warm and no matter the temp on the thermostat it stayed warm. Also the toilet would hit flush properly and we had to use the main restroom downstairs at times

Checked in, went to take a shower and the handles were broke, i waited over 2 hours for maintenance to come in to swap handles

Nice place, but no one alerted housekeeping that we were occupying our room, so our room did not get made during our 2 nite stay.

I loved the area around the hotel plus the lobby in the hotel was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The restroom area was nice and clean as well.

This property is by the star in frisco we expected more from Hilton The restaurant and bar was closed we had to go to another hotel for dinner The room was clean but not stocked The staff at night were respectful of less then helpful These are all correctable issues it would be nice if they did
