1. Check-in: terrible. Was left outside the hotel for 2 hours with no one answering messages, texts or phone calls. In the end, contacted hotels.com who were thankfully able to resolve. Would have stayed somewhere else but everywhere near was full. 2. When I got into my room there were no towels, no shower gel or soap (only shampoo), almost no toilet paper and a wasp nest outside the only window in the hot room, so I couldn’t open the window to let in some fresh air. 3. The person who worked here consistently knocked on my door after 8pm - why are you disrupting guests in the evening? 4. Location is out of the way and not very picturesque. 5. Room was very hot, and unable to use the only window due to the wasp nest Overall just really unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Neglecting that we did not have towels on our arrival and we had to wait so long to have them that we gave up on having a shower before dinner, I think it is hilarious that you are asked to leave on top of the price, also a lot of money for the cleaning. It’s hilarious because I probably never went in a dirtier apartment or hotel, so I am wondering what do they do with the cleaning money. The apartment it is already pricey for what it offers, with the cleaning money more I certainly would not have chosen it. Cherry on the cake: after any shower the bathroom turns into a swimming pool, making it even dangerous to slip. I would certainly not recommend it.

We had a okay stay. The host was very confused about our booking. She started out giving us the wrong apartment, then talkes about a mail we never received and she wanted more payment then what was listed on the booking. If this was intended I do not know.. The cleaning is bad. I only think they clean sheets and towels. The bathroom was dirty and they haven’t used a vacume. We had a couple of nights there and I could do it again but I would maybe choose something else for the price.
