The room was bad. Rusted toilet seat. Dirty walls, old bed linens, no towels in the bathroom

The location is great, plus the staff was nice and very accommodating. The restaurant is also very convenient, and they have good food. The only negative was that the room was dated and did not have any available wall outlets to charge my phone. The hotel side could use a good power wash, a touch of paint and basic upgrades for convenience.

Monrovia is not cheap regarding accommodation. Add to it that the streets in daylight reminds you a bit of Nairobi streets; meaning you’ll watch your back and probably not wander far after dark, you’d wanna get a place that’s feels secure. Diana hotel felt secure. Though the place is pretty worn down and my toilet was full of urine spots…it was alright. The staff/management are good.
