Perfect location for 192, All Disney and Universal. 20 mins max. Pool fab, local restaurants and services perfect. Easy slept 2 families. Good facilities throughout the Villa.

This is a prefect house for vacation.especial for 2 or 3 families have small children and going to visit Disney world. strongly recommend.

We went as a family to be together. This place allowed us to reconnect, allow the kids to be with both sets of parents and grandparents at the same time. We went to the park and ate a real meal for dinner. The adults were able to go back while grandparents babysat the grandkids in the pool. What a wonderful experience!

My entire family enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The resort amenities kept the kids busy. The resort staff and security were friendly and helpful.

A great stay in a gated community. Was a very short distance to Disney parks. The jacuzzi was amazing after long walks during day trips. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very convenient to have a kitchen for breakfast for the kids! Nice Disney-themed bedrooms made the kids very happy!

A lovely family community that was well maintained and safe. All the personnel that worked on the property were wonderful, the condo was clean, we were very happy. We will definitely return

It was nice that everyone had there own room.

Looks are deceiving and I'm assuming the pictures of the property are not current. This place needs MAJOR updating and they need to clean way better. I took pictures of some things but not all. Also, they only had 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, and no cleaning supplies but nothing in the email that said to bring any of it. We will never stay here again. The best part was the security guy at the entrance and how kind he was plus the amenities on the property itself.

We loved the place we stayed at on our family vacation it was clean, had room for all our children, had everything we needed.

I would say the overall amenities of the resort itself were very nice, the pool, jacuzzi, splash area for younger children, basketball court, clubhouse, etc.we’re all very nice. Location was great too. However the overall cleanliness and condition of the particular unit my family and I stayed in was lackluster and not as nice as we anticipated. Tons of upgrades are needed, paint, poor lighting due to bulbs out or lamps that didn’t work, mold around showers and shower curtain liners, rusty hooks, cracked towel bar, broken toaster, dated washer and dryer, old and dirty pots and pans, stains on the furniture, chairs and bedspreads, carpets not cleaned, and there was also plastic on the outside of all the windows so you couldn’t open them or see out of them. I personally would not stay here again. We got through the week but again I was quite disappointed with the overall condition of the home.

The property is in a nice gated community in the heart of the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is close enough to anything you would want to do while giving you the freedom to stay in your own place away from the crowds.

The property was convenient to Disney. The home however was not very well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Had a few minor maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to our stay.
