Gorgeous hotel. Well priced. Central location. Breakfast was great. Huge selection. Highly recommend and if we are visiting Zakopane again would stay here. Right near shopping and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to cable car for Tatra mountains!!

Amazing modern hotel in a great quiet location. A five minute walk to the main shopping area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were superb, very helpful and polite. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the restaurant provided tasty meals. Plus I was given a takeaway lunch when I checked out. Cannot fault this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel a bit north of and a short walk from the main pedestrian street. Deluxe Double room was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was one of the best we’ve had. Walk-in closet was appreciated. Bathroom door is heavier than expected and would slam shut if not careful - cannot leave open. Nice large balcony with great views though sling chairs are a little uncomfortable for long durations. Pool, whirlpool and sauna were perfect after a day of hiking. Breakfast was amazing with subtle changes each day. Dinner at hotel restaurant was great!

We booked a balcony room with Mountain View and we were very disappointed. The balconies are not private at all. You can see and hear the neighbors next to you. The Mountain View was not what you would think as I mainly saw the neighboring homes roofs and from the far corner I could see a bit of the mountain. Not really a room you should advertise as a Mountain View room. Very disappointed and unhappy about this.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel looks amazing both inside and out, and we absolutely loved the design and atmosphere. The reception staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and our bags were taken to our room before we had even completed the check-in process, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of choices available each morning. However, we were a little disappointed with one young male staff member at breakfast. He seemed quite miserable and not very professional. When we asked about the toaster, he mumbled a response, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that, although we mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had travelled from the UK for the occasion, there was no acknowledgement from the hotel staff. Even a simple “Happy Anniversary” would have been appreciated. At other hotels, we have often received a card or a small complimentary drink, so this felt like a missed opportunity to make our stay feel more special. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The late spa opening hours were extremely convenient, as we spent our days exploring Zakopane and were still able to relax in the jacuzzi in the evenings. Overall, this is an amazing hotel with a relaxing atmosphere, and we would certainly recommend it.

The hotel design and interior decoration are well blended with local architecture and culture. The room was very clean, with a large balcony offering great views of the mountains and the town. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, only a short stroll from the main strip, with access to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast had plenty of different dishes and could satisfy all tastes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a place with nice surroundings. The only negative, smaller items I noticed were a slow wifi and an inefficient AC system, which can keep the room hot during the summer.

The hotel is beautifully designed, lots of wooden features, giving a country style aesthetic. Our room was spacious and had an Art Deco feel, it was soundproofed, with thick carpeting and heavy doors to the balcony, together with plush bedding this ensured a good nights sleep. The pool and spa area is small, but again looks impressive. All staff were polite and friendly, and the daily buffet breakfast was plentiful and of good quality.

Room was amazing and cleaned daily. Breakfast was perfect with fresh eggs and omelets on request. Staff were always very helpful and kind. I will return to this hotel and have recommended it to many people since my return

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane.
