nice and convenient walking distance from Montreal inter city bus terminal

We loved this quaint hotel— while the room was cozy in size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. Big bonus was the free water cooler (that we used to fill water bottles) and the 24 hour complementary espresso machine in the reception area! There was significant construction work being done on the road outside, but it was a quick walk to both Starbucks and McDonalds and cute shops.

The Construction in front of the property makes it inconvenient, but its walkable to everything except if you know the place, you wouldn’t want to walk in certain street…

There’s some positive and negative things about this hotel. The staff (especially in the reception) are friendly and helpful. The location is great with metro, bus terminal and the village with restaurants and nightlife just around the corner and even the old city and place des arte within walking distance. The room is quite compact and has the basic amenities but would need some updating (carpets look old, tiles broken). You can hear everything from the corridor but luckily it was quite peaceful during night time. The air conditioning is perhaps too powerful- at least I couldn’t find a perfect setting, either on or off. And there was also ants in the room. The breakfast is really basic and the breakfast room is tiny. So lots of positive things and some negative things.

The breakfast is good, but the room is too small. The room area does actually not match the photo in the website. In addition, the room does not tidy up everyday until I request to do that.

Rooms are small but comfortable. The fan makes noise even when turned off so slept with earplugs. Breakfast had some decent choice that I appreciated.

When we first pulled up I was worried we were in a sketchy area of town and there was a lot of construction which made check in difficult. However, once we checked in I realized inside was perfect. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the air conditioning in the room was fantastic. We were there in probably the hottest days this summer and the A/C had no issues keeping our room cool AND IT WAS QUIET ❤️. Also the subway/metro was super close.

Very conveniently located but walls are thin and my neighbors up above and besides kept me up till late and this is during a weeknight.

Extremely noisy. Not a good area. Police had to interveen at night with guests.

The bed stank the tiles were coming off the floor and there was mold in the shower

Nice clean room, good area and close to lots of transportation, however a little noisy since you can hear people walk and talk in the hallway
