Enjoy the “quiet”season at this hotel. Location and establishment were fantastic for sightseeing. Food services and staff were fantastic. Kind and thoroughly professional!

Reserve una junior suite y solicite en la reserva (días antes) cama matrimonio. Al llegar, nos dieron habitación con cama doble y con sofá cama montado para dormir 2 personas. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron habitación con sofá sin montar a aunque con cama doble

Cet hôtel est juste exceptionnel, les chambres et salles d'eau très spacieuses et confortables, vue mer imprenable, situé au pied de la citadelle, permettant de tout visiter à pied.

Gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast with huge selection. Lovely staff. Unbeatable location. I was hesitant to book a room in such a big hotel / chain, as I usually prefer more botiquey spots. But this was a great choice. Would absolutely and happily return, and recommend to pretty much anyone!

Ολα ήταν τέλεια

The staff would not bring a bottle opener to the room. They asked me to bring the bottle down to open it. After check out, I ordered a taxi more than an hour in advance. Taxi was late and I asked them if they could call. They did so reluctantly. They did not update me so I had to ask what was happening. They said we don’t know if taxi is coming or not. They did not care. I had to rush to the station under the rain. Shocking and rude behaviour. I will never come back

Nos ha encantado. Estuvimos en la suite y teníamos unas vistas maravillosas. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño enorme, con ducha y bañera, para que pudieras elegir. Además de una cafetera nespresso para hacerte un café tranquilamente. El desayuno estupendo, muy variado y de buena calidad, aunque un poquito caro, de todas maneras vale la pena.

Room was very nice. Restaurant was excellent. The garage was full and I was a bit disappointed they did not offer Valet parking.
