There's no receptionist on the lobby. You checked in with video call and you get the code for your room. Cons, they don't clean your room so you have to clean it for yourself unlike other hotel that you can request daily cleaning in this hotel you're the one who's gonna clean up your mess if you're an messy person. Also if you want to change your towel you have to scan google barcode so they know you want to change towels.

Lokasi bagus dekat ke Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsaibashi, juga gampang cari makanan, bisa buat menghangatkan makanan, bisa buat mencuci pakaian karena ada mesin cuci dan detergennya. Pokoknya bagus dan sangat recomended menginap di sini.

The location is really good, few minutes walk to Nippombashi station and Dotonbori. Spacious room suite for family of 4-5, equipped with washing machine. Check-in process is a little bid difficult, you have to do e-check in from 4pm, but it 's secure for guests as code are required for entering building and room.
