Everything was clean. The room was so spacious. The employees were very friendly The pool was a nice added touch after a long car ride and the breakfast in the morning had plenty of different options for my picky eaters definitely will be coming back here

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and clean. The area around the trash receptacle in the front of the hotel needs to be scrubbed with a hard broom and the corners of the bathtub needs cleaning. I was placed on the 2nd floor under a noisy family of people with happy feet that sounded heavy. The front desk couldn't help with the feet so I can't blame them for that. The location is close to Legoland, restaurants, and shopping. This is a great hotel for the price. I would stay again and do recommend. Enjoy your stay!

Easy to find and easy to check in

Very nice for a "budget " hotel. Convenient to Lego Land and area restaurants. Spacious room with fridge snd microwave. Had the indoor pool to ourselves. Decent complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again

Ok hotel

Great property to stay at for a few nights to take my family to Lego land. Very friendly staff. Exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again in the future.

Manager was not accommodating. Hotel is not the worse by any means but is dated. Staff was not helpful. Traveled for sports tournaments and had a mix up on location (3 hr difference)This location is a franchise and could not transfer to a different holiday inn. Wanted to cancel entirely before checking in. Asked to stsy one night and cancel the next day. Waited over 2 hours with tired & hungry children while the receptionist talked to manager multiple times over the phone. The manager ultimately arrived close to 3 hours later & refused to cancel 2nd day after us waiting for that long.

It was good location and all the restaurants were near by . Only thing is breakfast if they can improve it . It was boring eating same breakfast for three days
