一切都很不錯，只是因為我們住在隔壁棟，因為我們行李箱很多、又帶小孩，中間會經過兩三階樓梯（兩次）所以搬運有點累。

Great location and clean. Staff friendly. 夏天入住要考慮，冷氣不夠冷。 早上一大早清潔人員清掃房間關門聲太大聲，持續一小時，並不是每個人都早起，非常打擾。

剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。

The cleanliness needs to be improved. Very disappointed to have found dirt marks and blood marks on the bed sheets and covers. No ice machines in the hotel so need to ask receptions to get ice everytime. And no refrigerator in the room. There's one fridge-like machine but it's not cold and the staff insisted it is mini-bar. So even the drinks inside are not cold.

我和家人住在這家酒店5天，有非常糟糕的經歷。我們的房間位於一樓，與車道和入口大門平行。 人們可以通過窗口看到我們。因此，我們不得不整天關閉窗戶。我們要求更換房間，但櫃枱回應是可以換到另一個位於一樓沿著街非常噪音的房間。我們別無選擇，只能待在同一房間。我們連續兩天進入旅館餐廳吃早餐，服務員要我們坐在入口處的桌子上，這是離食品櫃檯遠而又無隱私的位置。但同時仍有許多靠近食品櫃檯的餐桌是空的。我不明白旅館服務員為什麼不是依先到先服務的概念來安排座位。又有一晚當我太太洗完頭後吹風機插頭壞了，櫃台發了40分鐘找不到另一隻吹風機，我太太的頭髮無法吹乾。整體而言旅館服務人員缺乏熱情態度冷淡

Some distance from Victoria station, suggest to take bus or taxi to arrive hotel. Steeped stairs in front of main gate, not easy to carry luggage to up to hotel. General stay is comfortable.

Except the local is far from underground, everything is excellent!! Nice bed. Nice view. Nice food. Nice staff. But the laundry is really expensive

Location was perfect for my stay.Many top attractions were within walking distance. Local pubs and restaurants were very accommodating.

This was a disappointing stay. Booked a single room. This room was so small, I couldn't open my luggage. The bed was very uncomfortable - literally too small to sleep in, and I'm not a big person. The bathroom was so small I could barely take a shower. I have to flag a major warning here, this was not a normal hotel experience for London at all. Note I have stayed here previously in a 'suite / apartment' and it was ok - the location is convenient. I already have another booking paid for at this hotel in a few days' time and I'm terrified - may just forget the money I paid and book something else, this was that bad. Also, on this occasion, there was a long waiting time for check-in - around 20 minutes. One member of staff and a line of people waiting from the reception desk to the front door. Overall this was a very very bad experience.

The service was amazing and the hotel was beautiful! After a couple of not so great stays on our trip, this hotel was just what we needed! Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

They literally would not give me a refund back for night’s that I didn’t stay at the hotel. Please don’t stay here. The beds are absolutely horrible & terrible hard.

Really nice hotel, very close to Buckingham Palace and a fairly short walk from Parliament. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. There were a few great restaurants close by, along with a few good pubs. The room was expectedly small - in hindsight, should have picked a bigger room considering how much luggage we had. The area was a little quiet for us - but if you want to stay in a neighborhood that’s close to attractions and quiet, it will be perfect for you!

Clean, comfortable hotel located in Wesminster at a reasonable price point. A close walk to Buckingham Palace -- but we actually found it pretty easy to walk pretty much everywhere -- including to Big Ben/London Eye all the way up to Picadilly and Trafalgar Square. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
