Il personale è stato eccezionale nell'assistermi nell'organizzazione di un piccolo evento familiare e con grande attenzione e pazienza. Siamo stati benissimo. Struttura pulita ,ottima colazione, personale attento alle esigenze e una posizione fantastica rendono il soggiorno in questa struttura un sogno. Oltre le nostre aspettative. Spero di ritornarci

Hôtel peu entretenu, transats, serviettes, etc… Chambre correcte mais salle de bain mal conçue.

My husband and I stayed at Mr and Mrs White for a week in August. All staff were very friendly and polite, the hotel was well looked after and clean. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was great and it was definitely a breakfast with a view. Our room had a mezzanine floor, if you are not very good with steps I would not recommend this room. However, if you are not great at steps, Santorini is maybe not the island for you!

Un séjour + que parfait. L’hôtel est magnifique comme sur et mieux que sur les photos. L’accueil du personnel et la gentillesse. Le service excellent, le petit déjeuner, la propreté de la chambre. La vue est splendide, calme et reposant. Plusieurs piscine à disposition ainsi que jacuzzi. Détente absolue. Très bien située, à 10 min même pas à pied du centre de Oia et lieux à visiter. 25 min de Fhira en voiture 30 min de l’aéroport. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Bravo à l’équipe et le service qu’apportent à notre séjour.

Gorgeous views! Staff was AMAZING. Very walkable and bus stop right outside.

The hotel was gorgeous with a gorgeous view from all of the rooms. The breakfast was super! We unfortunately had lost power 15-20 times throughout the day on our last day there when we were just hoping to hang out and relax. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to.

Staff was very nice, place was very clean. I enjoyed overall stay. View was nice. I would have preferred if check out 12pm and water bottle was complimentary everyday in summer especially with heat waves

This was one of those hotels that you love more and more the longer you stay. Friendly service, delicious breakfast with a view to die for, a beautiful pool area thst was always quiet and with crystal clear water. The room itself is comfortable and attractive with a nice split level design. The decor is more rustic in style than super modern, but in keeping with the feel of Santorini. The only negative is the lack of storage. A chest of drawers is badly needed, but we just laid our stuff out on the sofa. Highly recommended and we will 100% return one day.

Great location, enough distance from crowd but close enough to walk to Oia center. Beautiful view, great breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect choice for the price and excellent choice for families with kids because of the pool.

The hotel and room are great and the staff were very friendly, views are really nice and although we walked most places we also took advantage of the bus stop out front to get to farther away locations on the island.

The view is amazing. The staff had a few service minded and friendly people in the crew but some less aimed to work with service… Food was ok. The room was ok (we stayed in a family room) but not safe for kids under 4 yrs old due to the loft’s wall made of ropes and the stairs... The beds are terribly hard/bad (you feel the metal spirals in your back). The cleaning was extremely poor. At arrival we found old toothpaste stains, hair etc from previous guests, toilet was not clean, the drainage in the shower didn’t work and filled up shower with water +5 cm in 1 min (a man came to fix it but nothing happened except he wet the full bathroom and all our personal belongings and left without putting together parts at the sink). Drawers and surfaces was dusty. The outdoor area was very dusty and not clean etc Ie - We expect more from a 4 star hotel… the whole hotel area by the pools smells cloak. All and all not value for money. We will not stay here again.

Mr and Mrs White Santorini is perfectly located on the fringe of Oia Santorini. The property has great views and two beautiful pools. Perfect for both couples and families and easily walkable to the Oia town center and restaurants. Great friendly staff with a can do customer centric attitude. I highly recommend the property.
