Book at bugis beach but due full book, them transferred me to another property with any pre information and the distance about 2 km by walk 20 minutes, can you imagine you must walk after landing at changi airport to the property and when arrived they inform that you just transfer to another one need walk 20minutes in the midnight?

Booked this for Coldplay concert as I was staying in Singapore for only 1 night. Perfect check-in timing and was the cheapest hotel we could find and worth the price. The hotel room was clean and smelled good. The only thing that bothers me is that the deposit amount can only be paid with credit or debit card, not in cash. So, the refunded amount will only be sent directly to our debit or credit card which obviously took way more time than cash payment. As I checked out from the hotel 6 days ago, I haven't received my deposit back as of today.

I had an unpleasant experience with the lady at the check in counter. I have never found anywhere that hotel staff looked so irritating. After I read the reviews in the google review, it turns out that I also found the same thing with other hotel guests where it turned out that this had happened a long time ago and the lady was still there. Sir, trust me if we have a problem check in but we got nice help, we won't complain like this. Maybe the lady was tired, but we were all tired too. I hope whoever owns this hotel can take this as consideration to find better check-in staff because reading reviews of this hotel will make people think twice about booking a room here.

Its a great place for stay, either 24h stay or just for a few hours. The staff is very helpful and the location is awesome. Highly recommended.

Room not tidy no toothpaste and toothbrush. No bottle water too noisy outside can hear from the room.
