Fabulous staff especially very friendly lady with blond hair

The staff was really welcoming and nice, always available for any request. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to find plenty of places to eat nearby.

Had a great stay at Hotel Nou Baleares. Everything was pristine, room was very quiet and dark. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a great size. Location of the hotel is very convenient to get to the city center, main bus terminal, etc. I would definitely come back!

Great spot for central Palma, with excellent service - staff were really helpful, just a short walk from the old town but not in the touristy bits and very easy walk from the airport bus. Hotel recommendations for restaurants were brilliant

This hotel gets it right. Smooth check in with a welcome glass of cava, stylish room with a comfortable bed and huge bathroom, fabulous staff. Delicious breakfast. Rooftop pool is icing on the cake! The location is convenient for exploring and has plenty of transport options.

Great place to stay

Breakfast needs huge improvement, and breakfast staff need to be more friendly. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

I stayed with friends and we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were really comfortable and a good size, very clean and well appointed. Amazing air con! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a lovely spot with a small pool and bar in the evening. About a 20 min walk to the old town. Great coffee and brunch spot very close, called Federal. Really affordable too, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was very nice! We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the roof top as well. It is a small but nice pool. We would definitely stay at det same place if we will come back to Palma.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura moderna , pulita , elegante , accogliente . Rooftop con bar e piscina belli , colazione buonissima e abbondante oltre che molto qualitativa. Ma soprattutto Luisa alla reception ci ha accolto come se fosse casa . Súper Luisa Grazie

Es un antiguo hostal de ciudad muy bien restaurado. El personal amabilísimo y está a cinco minutos andando del centro histórico. Tuvimos una habitación espectacular con un no menos espectacular servicio con ducha de las que te puedes duchar. No obstante, nos resultó un poco caro para la zona en la que se encuentra situado. Pero Palma es cara.
