大好きなホテルに2度目です。雰囲気もよくスタッフの方もフレンドリーで、小さい子どもにも優しく接してくれます。 子ども椅子はないですが、朝食は6歳未満だと無料で頂けます。お料理も美味しく大変満足です。 訪れる度に次もまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

The deluxe twin was perfect for two adults and two kids. Very spacious room with all amenities. The hotel is great! The metro station is just under it, convenience stores and mcdonald's just across the street, several local eateries in the shopping complex, and excellent restaurants within the hotel. Facilities were really good, and the staff was super nice. Will go back for sure!

京都へ行ったら泊まりたいホテルだったので、今回宿泊でき大変満足です。 サスティナブルなホテルで、心地良い時間を過ごせました。 ベッドと枕が大変気持ちよく、久しぶりに熟睡できました。 是非販売していただきたいです。 レストランは天井が高く、窓側の席は朝食に最高な席でした。 ご飯もとてもおいしかったです。 清潔感もあり、スタッフさん達のホスピタリティと大変良かったです。 次回もまた利用させていただくと思います。

Excellent hotel

施設、立地、部屋の内装、アメニティ、接客、食事等、全てにおいて素晴らしく満足でした。レンタルのパジャマも気持ちいいし、部屋で聴けるレコードも充実していました。犬に対してもとてもフレンドリーで日本でこんなホテルがあることが大変嬉しく、また利用します。
