Perfect Good stay, zzz It may not be in the city center, (But come on you can always take metro there) That's what I want, a place to rest

入住遇上電視訊號接收故障，但很快整好了。可以提早checkin， 但要數百元，唔不值。整體而言唔錯。

Fint til en enkelt nat - rent og pænt og god beliggenhed lige ved tog, bus og metro. Super sødt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Okay morgenmad men lidt ærgeligt juice-maskinen skulle rengøre præcis midt i peak-tiden for morgenmad mellem 8-9.

The staff was great and we were welcomed efficiently, kindly, and with all information needed. I was very happy that the front desk was able to lend us a digital luggage scale. There was a broken soap dispenser in the shower and a loose reading lamp at one of the beds. A technician came to repair it but nothing changed. The hotel is extremely conveniently located to the metro train that made for very easy connections to the city centre, airport and Sweden, and to a mall with a food court, large grocery store, and various shops of all kinds. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel was immaculate but no air conditioning in the room so we had to open the window that overlooked a busy noisy street. No coffee in the room and paid coffee in the lobby was offered in the morning. It was difficult to reach the hotel by car as the entrance is accessed by a back road.

Keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster ließ sich nur einen Minispalt weit öffnen. Dann nutzte der Mini Ventilator auch nichts. Unerträglich warm im Zimmer.

Perfect for our family of 4 while we explored Denmark and a little of Sweden. Very close to the train station.

Det undre mig meget at man bygger et helt nyt hotel, og undlader klimakontrol på værelset, der er extremt varrmt på værelset, og åbner man vinduet, køre Metroen lige udenfor.

Quick drive to airport and downtown area. The parking garage is next to/attached to Burger King.

The room was tiny, no cupboard and not even a night table by the bed. The walls were stained and wallpaper looked dirty. I believe it's the worst hotel we ever stayed in

Nice hotel with walking distance to the train station, with easy access to Copenhagen central station. Good breakfast but the logistics around the breakfast room can be improved. On the bad side is the temperature in the room. When we visited it was “only” 20 degrees outside but we no AC in the room in becomes very hot. I imagine the inside temperature to be more than acceptable when you have a hot day outside.

Mycket bra läge. Rekommenderar.

Frukosten motsvarade ICKE priset. Kl 9 var det fullt kaos i matsalen. Inga ägg, ingen bacon, inget pålägg, inget kaffe. Skaffa mer personal och förbättra utbudet, tack.

I wanted to give 5 stars but only issue we had during our stay is that our room TV did not have a TV signal and we were not able to watch TV at all. The technician was supposed to come but did not come. Other than that, we were satisfied and wanted to give 5 star rating

We only stayed for a few hours to sleep but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport which made it convenient for our early flight. I would have like to have stayed longer because the room was nice and comfortable. We got the family room, it had one large bed and twin size bunk beds for my kids which worked out well for the 4 of us. A room like that is hard to find in Denmark.

Fint hotell og veldig hyggelig personale. Vi måtte betale frokosten for barna. Det var absolutt ikke verdt det. Frokosten var veldig dårlig! Lite å velge på og man måtte i tillegg koke sine egne egg… i en kjele som aldri ble varm. Styr unna dette hotellet om du ønsker en god frokostopplevelse. Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet rett ved et stort kjøpesenter og banen inn til København.
