環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。

A very nice comfortable room with friendly staff. A perfect nights stay followed by a tasty breakfast, the freshly squeezed orange juice was a real treat. The parking was full but i was allowed to stay in a disabled bay due to no other guests needing it.

Second time staying at this lovely hotel. Parking is a plus and decor is really tastefully done both in the communal areas and the bedrooms On our first stay we were at the front of the hotel downstairs from the reception and had a lovely stay and a restful sleep. Unfortunately this time we were in Room 16 at the back of the hotel, got to sleep fine but something started at 430 and then the kitchen fans kicked in about 630. Would definitely request a room at the front if staying again, aside of that it’s a fab place with friendly staff and a nice ambience.

Charming British feel to this Hotel, renovated building with a quirky room layout in the building. Narrow stairs to rooms, no elevator. Room well decorated, no desk or side chair. Tasty bakery or treats in room and lobby. Very good breakfast. 5 minute taxi ride from Cheltenham Spa station,

It was an okay hotel. We paid for continental breakfast and there was barely any food left and the station was messy. Ended up ordering dishes at an extra charge. Not sure it was worth a £300 stay.

It was a very polished hotel that was very well presented. A fairly easy layout on the room apart from the fact that it was a little bit cobwebbed and the air conditioner was blasting with no easy way of shutting it off. It wasn’t until I left that I realised when the dial was. The shower, thought powerful, leaked and flooded the bathroom so I needed to use all my towels to mop up the mess. I could forgive the above but the pillows made it quite difficult to sleep. There were lots of them and they were huge.

Parked across the road, nice hotel perfect for a couples trip. Reception is friendly and check in and check out is easy. One suggestion - additional lamp(s) in the room as very bright with cieling light on, too dark with just the bedside lamps.

So nice. Lovely bedroom, absolutely immaculate. A small fridge would have been useful though.

Had a great stay. The staff were lovely and helpful. The bathroom shower was a bit funky though. The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown.
