Incredibly friendly staff, lovely location in the old part of Zafra town. Room a good size with ensuite and a little balcony that faced towards the town. Secure parking for the motorcycle at the property. Onsite bar and restaurant very reasonably priced, good home cooked food available.

A positive experience with excellent breakfast overlooking garden. Also for small price of 10€ - secure and spacious parking.

I was surprise by the lovely hotel and very friendly staff, since check in to check out.

They should grant the online reservation and pay more attention to it. I was asked to pay at the counter, even though I had the reservation and the credit card payment confirmed.

Mooi kleinschalig hotel met zeer verzorgde kamer. De ontvangst in het aanliggende nabije bar/restaurant deel was wat aan de koele kant. Zonder basis Spaans ging het wellicht nog stroever lopen. Fiets kon in afgesloten garage onder afdak worden gestald. Door authentieke straatjes ben je zo op het levendige centrale stadsplein.

El hotel estupendo en pleno centro. La habitacion suficiente. La cama muy bien. El baño muy bien. La unica pega son los ruidos por la mañana muy temprano, si tienes vecinos al lado se oye todo como si estuvieras en la misma habitacion, sobre todo la ducha

El hotel está bastante bastante cuidado, buena relación calidad precio, el único pero es que la recepción está vacía y tienes que ir al restaurante para el check in y el check out y claro si tienen gente en el bar los atienden a ellos.

Buen alojamiento aunque algo alejado del centro. En el desayuno tuvimos que esperar mucho a que nos atendieran y nos sirvieran. El personal es amable pero muy escaso para atender bien si hay varios clientes para comer. Además otros clientes nos comentaron que en una de las mesas más numerosas para servir estaba el dueño del hotel con familiares, y parecían recibir la atención prioritaria, cosa que no nos pareció bien. Luego el dueño al ver la situación de saturación en el servicio se puso también a servir los cafés. Necesitarían más personal.
