saya menginap bersama keluarga di Villa TerimaKasih I selama 4 malam, staff sangat ramah dan tanggap, kebersihan villa tidak diragukan. Tentang aturan villa yang diberitahu di awal juga wajar agar penyewa bisa menjaga barang-barang inventaris villa. akses kendaraan mudah, bahkan lumayan dekat dengan pasar. bagi yang malas makan di luar bisa masak karena alat makan dan masak komplit. kolam renang sangat jernih.

jd saya dtng jam 12.30,saya bawa anak umur 2 thn d suruh tunggu smp jam 2...jam 1.30 anak saya pup,mau bilas kamar mandi lobby d kunci... terus petugas ya banyak bohong ya,bilang masih ada tamu,blm d bersihin kamar ya padahal sudah kosong dan mereka buat peraturan harus cek out jam 12,smart lah kl bohong,g pny hati nurani,terakhir saya nginep dsini,padahal saya sering nginep yg d drupadi bisa seminggu d villa terima kasih 3 boleh d cek record ya....kapok sekali dsini,terlebih d villajavanica serem bgt malam jam 2an dr ruangan lemari ya itu ada yg ketok2 dr dlm...saya g pernah coment kalo nginep dmn pun,karena ini sudah kelewatan.. saya cek in d villa bintang 5 d lombok anak saya pup jam 12.30 langsung d suruh masuk kamar bukan ya d suruh bersihin d lobby....

Pengalaman 3 hari menginap di sini tipe Villa Panda, sangat memuaskan. Harga sangat worth it dengan fasilitas yang didapatkan. Pelayanannya juga sangat bagus sekali. Next kalau ke Bali lagi akan menginap di sini lagi.
