This was my second stay, kind of disappoint as I recall the first time staying was nice and CLEAN. It 's time to improve the cleanliness as tiny red ants can be seen on the writing table and some stain on the comforter sheet, the floor was sticky. Overall, call to action for the CLEANLINESS of room.

Nice place to stay. Very convenient for the food.

When arrived there 4pm. Room was not ready. Took abit of time. For the room to be ready. There was power failure in the given room. Abit of destruction. Needed to be transfered to another room. Abit of time wasted. Only settle at 5pm.

The hotel was clean, room was pleasant and neat. Keep it up! Attentive and friendly staff (s) too. No further comments except 1 suggestion: Appreciate if the management could place a Qiblat sign for Muslim guests. Thank you. Would definitely come back and stay here the next time we are in Ipoh.

Big clean room with comfortable bed and pillows and a good size bathroom, all for good value for money rates. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is not bad either though you will need to drive to eateries. Highly recommended

good for small family stay because there are triple and quad rooms available. quite new... opened end of Aug 2019. clean and small but comfortable room with firm bedding. plenty of plug points, coffee making and a small refrigerator. located in a quiet neighborhood but there is no restaurant at the hotel or nearby
