The hotel is located in Tenjin not far from the shopping area and restaurants. I am so impressed with the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was. I was sound asleep every night.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from Tenjin-Minami Station. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The room is pretty spacious compare to other hotels in this price range. Amenities are provided in the lobby for free. They have coin laundry, microwave, and vending machines. Buffet breakfast are also available with additional charge.

ห้องดี สะอาด พนักงานต้อนรับดี แต่ที่แย่คือตอนเช็คเอ้าท์เจอพนักงานมารยาทแย่มาก พูดจาไม่ดี ตอนดึกจะต้องมีการ์ดถึงเข้ารร.ได้ วันนั้นเช็คเอ้าพอดีตอนตีห้า แฟนเดินออกไปข้างนอกรร.เพื่อดูรถที่มารอรับ พร้อมกับเพื่อนที่เดินมาตามว่ารถมารับแล้ว จะเดินกลับเข้ามา ไม่ยอมให้เข้า ถามหาการ์ดห้อง แต่การ์ดอยู่กับเราซึ่งยังอยู่ในห้อง และเดินลงมาเช็คเอ้าพอดี แล้ว ที่นี่เช็คเอ้าท์ด้วยการหย่อนบัตรลงกล่องแล้วเราเอาบัตรใส่ในกล่องแล้ว จึงเอาการ์ดมาให้ดูไม่ได้ ก็บอกพนักงานหย่อนบัตรในกล่องแล้วพึ่งซึ่งพึ่งเดินลงมา แต่พูดจาตะคอกใส่เรากับเพื่อน แล้วไม่จบเดินมาถามอีกว่าพักห้องอะไร พอบอกไปก็ทำหน้าไปพอใจ งงมากค่ะ บริการแย่มาก (พนักงานคนเดียวทำพวกเรารู้สึกแย่ไปเลย)

We stayed at Triple Room, the room is clean, although there was some odor, but otherwise spotless.
