Easy to check in, friendly staff, clean room

In front of the hotel, there are several construction projects. So, we heard a lot of sounds every single night. The room is very standard, and the water fall from the shower is very weak.

Great staffs, basic room, corridor 's ceiling height is pretty low, public area not as clean as it shld be.

Don't trust this liar hotel. We “pay extra” for “high floor” but hotel arranged the lowest floor for us. (6th from 21 floors) we arrived at 9.30am with no early check in, we need to check in by 3.00 pm., and refuse to pre-register. When I arrived again at 4.00 pm to check in again hotel said it was fully booked! I understand fully book but I pay extra for “high floor”, the 6th floor of 21st floor is the lowest floor in the building and no window for any view. At least I should have the lowest floor of high floor room type with a view. Hotel pillow thick only 2 cm. Height, we have to use towel to support my head the pillow height after got a refuse from hotel to provide extra pillows.

The hotel is new and nice. Close to the subway station and a mall.
