My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The rooms were damp, poorly maintained, and felt neglected, making the overall experience quite uncomfortable. The biggest letdown was the food. The buffet had very little variety, and much of the food seemed stale and far from fresh. Unfortunately, after eating there, I ended up with a stomach infection, which completely ruined my trip. For the amount this hotel charges, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Really nice property. I would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice, the bed was super comfy, and you are away from the noise so you can have a great night sleep. I didn't love the dinner buffet offering (other hotels like the Tattva Restaurant at the Divine Resort have much better food!), and the wifi in my room had a problem so the hotel changed me and problem solved, but before that happened one employee at the reception attempted to fix the issue but was pretty unpleasant. These were minor things, so I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed one night in the premier room with balcony looking at the Ganga. Very nice staff for very helpful. Food was excellent Masala Tea was my favorite to enjoy. We enjoy the dinner in the restaurant on site very convenient.

A lovely hotel. Very good service by the staff. The food options were good. Hygiene and cleanliness was of very good standards. Typical challenges of a good hotel in a lower hill area. Nothing exceptional about the location but watching the Ganges flow down was serene.

Highlight of stay was there extremely courteous staff, dealing with them was always a pleasure. Facility was well located looking over River Ganga. Only discomfort was there loose spring mattress.
