Attending an events in Silverstone circuit. Thought of staying the night in hotel rather than driving after the event. Location is good. I choose to booked a room not facing the circuit. But was allocated a room with a blocked view of circuit facing back of the seats on the stand. And the worst is: room is right next to the floor entrance door, you could hear the noise of door open and close everytime guests pass the door. Could barely sleep because of the noise. It’s on a Sunday and staff help with checking in said hotel is not busy. So why allocate a room with those disturbance when the hotel is not full? I’d rather have a view facing the carpark as what I choose to book. Not happy.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly overall, with some providing especially good service, though there is still a bit of room for improvement in consistency. The highlight was definitely the view overlooking the F1 race track, which was absolutely the best and made the stay quite special. However, the bathroom design could be improved. The placement of the towel hooks was not very convenient, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. Overall, a good stay with a fantastic view, but a few small details could be refined to enhance the experience.

A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.

Be very careful when paying extra for a track side room. Despite booking months in advance I was put on level one, where all you can see is the back of a grandstand. This also makes the room very dark and gloomy. Save yourself a lot of money and just book the car park view, as it seems other people in my party booked this and received a free upgrade to a track side room. Money making marketing scheme by this hotel giant. Asked about this only to be told the hotel was full so nothing could be done and received two drinks tokens by way of an apology by pretty uninterested staff. All became apparent when we went to the bar why two tokens as it took an age to get served, with some staff just moving glasses around, while others where run off their feet. Stayed here quite a few times before and this has to be the worst experience to date. Also told they no longer give out the goodie bags when you check in, meaning there is no longer any water in the rooms so make sure you take some in with you.

First time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn but would definitely recommend the hotel to others. The balcony overlooking the pit straight is such a unique feature. We were there for an event at the Porsche Experience Centre and to be having breakfast whilst cars blasted around the circuit is something we'll never forget! Rooms were clean and modern. We dined at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food was of a good standard. The staff, as others have mentioned were friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.

Our room was clean and tidy, plenty of room. Food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, lots of choice! It was a shame that the staff at dinner didn’t read the notes on our reservation - We were celebrating a birthday (like quite a few other guests) and we were the only table where that wasn’t acknowledged which was disappointing. There is a fantastic trackside view from the restaurant, brilliant for watching the track days, with lots of outside space. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV and unfortunately despite asking several times we were not given a replacement. Also PLEASE replace your hypoallergenic duvets, whatever it was that we were given felt like cardboard inside a bed cover- very strange! The complimentary racing simulators were a great touch, and was great to have large screens in the bar area showing sports.

Beds good, rooms pleasant.

Room was very comfortable and clean, we had a track view room. Mezzanine bar/restaurant got a little noisy in evening, Disappointing that rooftop bar was closed. Overall a good stay.

All the staff we came across were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly and would chat to us happily about the area and their personal experiences of Silverstone race days. Lovely breakfast in the morning with a wide range of options and good quality fresh ingredients. Overall a lovely hotel with fabulous staff. We had a double room overlooking the track, we would definitely stay again.
