Stay in Pool access room type, Room size is big, clean

They don't let you live in the building promoted in the photo. They put you in an old, outdated yellow building nearby. Their reason was that I booked a superior room and that ' s where it supposed to be, but there is no where said in the website that I would be be living in such an old building with horrible lifts and room. The service is horrible, staffs are rude, unhelpful. This hotel deserves 1 star. I don't understand how they rate themselves as 5 stars. Mosquitoes are everywhere. The location is the worst, it ' s not closed to anything. You have to get a taxi to go anywhere. (No BTS, no decent restaurants, no sightseeing).

ห้องพัก อาหาร และการบริการโดยรวมถือว่าเหมาะสมกับราคาและขนาดของโรงแรม แต่แขกกรุ๊ปค่อนข้างเสียงดังมาก ลานจอดรถหน้าอาคารเก่าด้านหน้าโรงแรมไม่มีหลังคาป้องกันสิ่งปฏิกูลจากนกพิราบ ทำให้รถยนต์เป็นคราบ ต้องล้างทำความสะอาดแบบพิเศษแต่ก็ไม่สามารถล้างออกได้ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินของผู้เข้าพัก

พนักงานบริการโอเค ห้องน้ำดีมาก ห้องก็กว้างขวาง. แต่สระว่ายน้ำไม่กล้าลงเล่นเพราะมีแต่ตะไคร่น้ำ. มีแต่ทัวร์พี่จีนทั้งโรงแรมไม่เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวมาพัก.
