The staff wasn't helpful. It takes me 2 days to get a remote control for my TV until I have checked out. There's nobody inside the reception room & nobody to assist you. There is no parking lot and have to find the car owner yourself once your car was blocked. It is not a good choice for your stay in Kuala Terengganu.
