La habitacion no es para cuatro personas, la cama grande es de 135 con colchon malo, el sofa es muy pequiña. El sofa estaba sucia y limpiaron , pero se quedo mojada. La luz de habitacion principal no funcionaba y tenian que areglar . Y el dia siguente se inundo el baño, falta mantenimiento

La habitación está guay, solo que había una otra pegada a la mía separada por una puerta de madera donde si escuchaba la conversación de los vecinos como si estuviera dentro de mi habitación y así tarde en dormir, pero de resto todo bien

La habitación no se parecía en nada a la foto. Era un zulo con una ventana que encima no tenía cortina porque se les había roto. Nos dijeron que no podían arreglarla y la única opción era cambiar a una habitación superior pagando la diferencia. La habitación superior seguía sin parecerse en nada a la de la foto, era mucho peor.

Hotellet ligger meget centralt - dejligt. Værelset var lidt slidt, men ok. Der var dog meget lydt. Der var slet ikke noget opvaskegrej - hverken opvaskemiddel, en børste, svamp, karklud eller andet. Jeg bad om det, men det kom aldrig.

Staff members were extremely helpful and supportive. The location is excellent, you can find a variety of stores and local restaurants. The room was ok but the shower was very very tiny. Great time in Madrid.

Great location, very centric, all the shoppings and restaurants, tourist sites near by. The downside is that the walls are not soundproof so you can hear all the conversations in the hallway, room next door and all the staff cleaning. Noisy! The room itself was convenient because it included some appliances in the kitchen, bathroom too small for the price. But clean!

Todo mal, desde que llegue me hiciwron esperar como 3 horas para tener lista mi habitación, luego me dieron una habitación que no tenia nada que ver con lo ofrecido en la página de Expedia tanto el hotel como Expedia se lavaron las manos y nunca me resolvieron nada

Room smelled extremely strong like cigarretts, even when it stated it was non smoking. Room was dirty, furniture is old and worn. Room was not ready until 1 1/2 hours later than the stated check in time. Front desk is not very useful, property is not safe, any one can walk in and go up to the rooms since no key is needed for the elevator. Roof top image does not correspond to this hotel, it does not have a roof top, it corresponds to another one of their location a little bit further down. I booked for the price and availability, considering I had stayed in their other location in grand via 14 and had an amazing experience, this is deffinetly no where near similar. I did not stay at the room as it was unlivable, ended up using just as storage and staying the nights of my trip in friends room at another hotel. There were people complaigning at the front desk everytime I went by. Bath tub was dirty. I WILL NOT BOOK EVER AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
