服務優秀，酒店房間清潔乾淨，只是地方有點遠

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel, direkt am Douro gelegen. Wir hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht und sogar eins mit Flussblick bekommen, das war sehr erfreulich, der Ausblick war morgens wie abends super! Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hauseigene Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick für abendliche Drinks und Snacks ist auch vorhanden. Zimmer: Wir hatten zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten. Matratzen angenehm fest, große Kissenauswahl vorhanden. Klimaanlage sehr leise und damit auch nachts nicht störend. Safe ist kostenfrei im Zimmer verfügbar. Lage: 15-20 Minuten fußläufig zum Hafenviertel Ribeira, 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt (inkl. steilem Berg). Zwei Buslinien fahren relativ regelmäßig quasi direkt vor dem Hotel (3 Minuten Fußweg). Wir hätten auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen können, haben das aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Essen: Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber wenig abwechslungsreich, Standard internationales Hotelbuffet. Das hauseigene Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es eine Skybar, wo wir an zwei von drei Abenden waren. Tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss, Getränke naturgemäß etwas höherpreisig, aber lecker. Wenn der Service etwas aufmerksamer gewesen wäre, hätten wir vielleicht noch einen Drink mehr genommen. Sonstiges: Gefiltertes Trinkwasser kann im Lobbybereich kostenlos aufgefüllt werden, top für die Tagestour durch die Stadt.

It was very far from everything, Not with we expected.

A very modern and spacious hotel. Beautifully located with very friendly staff and wonderful views from the rooftop bar. We had a nice meal there and it is easy to walk into the town. I loved the cool aesthetic of the new and old blended together.

Pasa un tren por la calle de dia y se holle el paso, aunque tengas cerrado la habitación, y el sonido de las puertas de las habitaciones de al lado cuando cierran escuchas un fuerte cierre, por lo demas por la noche es bastante tranquilo ya que no pasa el Tranvia y la gente esta durmiendo 😴.

Sehr schönes Hotel und ruhig. Es ist zentral und bietet sehr leckeres Essen.

Really liked the breakfast overlooking the Douro River; Rooms are modern and confortable, You can get to Porto city centre walking in 15 minutes.

We were thrilled with our stay at Neya. We were there 2 nights and appreciated that they had parking for guests (20Euros/night) but they also allowed us to park our car there before check in. Check in was fast and every staff we met were so friendly and accommodating. We were grateful for the river view superior room upgrade which was a lovely to wake up to. The room was immaculate especially the bathroom which is so important for us. And the hotel was in a great location we never moved the car! We walked 15-20 minutes into city center or took the bus which was 3 minutes away.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss. Mit der Buslinie direkt vor der Tür erreicht man Sao Bento und Matosinhos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Die Rooftop Bar ist auch am Tag besetzt, dort kann man bei einem guten Drink mit Blick auf den Fluss entspannen. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das Laden des Elektroautos. Die Apps zum Laden haben im Keller keinen Empfang. Man sollte deshalb eine Ladekarte haben. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Porto kommen, wählen wir gerne wieder das Neya Porto Hotel.

Good location on the outskirts. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

I want to be very fair so I’ll start from the beginning. This was a 3 night stay and I booked on Expedia. When 1st arrived I did not like the 1st room very gloomy no view (they call it garden view but it wasn’t pleasant) . They allowed me to upgrade to a much nicer room with a balcony overlooking the river for an upgrade fee of $80. Eve
