all i wanted was a lovely clean room with a view of the beach but also not too far from the train station and this was exactly that. it was so close to the beach i could come back and relax after hours in the sun. the place looks even better in person and the lounge was so comfortable, i enjoyed looking at the sky change in the evening. when i left in the morning of my first day, they had refilled the water in my room before i had returned which was incredibly thoughtful due to the weather, i always had enough water to drink to stay hydrated. will definitely be back!

Great location and Mark and Richard were very welcoming . Mark gave us lots of suggestions of where to eat and places to visit near by. Room very comfortable, great that parking was free across the road in the car park as we were guests. A nice touch. If we come to Littlehampton again would stay here again.

An excellent choice of guest house, very convenient for many events in Littlehampton, no problem parking, staff were lovely and the room really clean and well equipped. I had the 'single with a sea view' right at the top of the house and, despite the tiny size, it still had everything you could possibly want or need, thoroughly recommended.

A great 1 night stay. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful, rooms was nice and spotless and the breakfast was great.

A wonderful place to spend 2 nights. Richard and Mark were so accommodating and friendly. The room was very tastefully decorated with great detail. Parking was free across the road and the location was excellent. A nice walk to the beach and the East Beach cafe - a building with design awards. Altogether a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay for leisure or work. Owner's are very welcoming and I'd recommend to anyone.

The East Beach Guest House is perfect in everyway, comfortable, clean with Richard and Mark being fantastic hosts. I am defiantly going back to explore the area as this trip was for business.

The room was wonderfully decorated and extremely clean. we had a spectacular view out to the sea. The East Beach Guest House is a very friendly place.

A superb-short stay at the hotel. Very clean-comfortable hotel. My guests, Richard and Mark were perfect hosts, going about and beyond when I locked myself out. A very nice continental breakfast with great views. I will definitely be coming back.

Everything was wonderful. Mark and Richard are great hosts and were so kind after so had a bit of a trip with a glass of Port spilling over their white stair carpet. Thank you again guys.the room was spotless the breakfast plenty full with a good selection of food. More importantly they made a fuss of our Teddy who also had a great time running on the beach, and loving the doggy treats. Would recommend This Guest House whole heartedly.

Charming room with excellent modern shower room and super provision of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, water and fresh, new bed linen. Excellent value!
