Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eriz. Clean throughout and very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Charity - super helpful and super polite. The hotel arranged a tour to Meru National Park with Mark Marutek of Marutek Adventures. The tour was fabulous. The only two issues I had was poor internet cover on the 7th floor. Also the breakfast was quite underwhelming. However, I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the other positives.

Excellent breakfast and service from start to finish.

Convenient location, easy to find near town but not noisy. Cafe and restaurant staff, view and food excellent. Pillow top bed great. Parking limited but adequate. Great price on Expedia.

Parking is available onsite. But it is limited. Not sure why underground parking not in use?
