Gym is huge. One of the best hotels in Moncton. Just amazing staff, kind and caring!

Better then the Residence inn by Marriott in Moncton, Marriott is outdated and old. Needs a major uplift. Hilton was spotless, Everything worked. Fantastic beds and bathroom, Next time in Moncton we stay there.

extra towels needed. not enough towels for 2 women with long hair to dry. women need 2 towels each

We travel to Moncton quite often and I have to give this hotel top marks from the check in to the check out everything was fabulous, we went to a musical at the Avenir center and at same time celebrating our 46 wedding anniversary we treated very well by the restaurant staff and we appreciated everything they did for us .

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located and offers great amenities, including a nice pool, fitness room, self-service laundry, and an onsite restaurant. The staff (Natalia & Aaron) were super friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that a young family with noisy children checked into the room next door. We briefly considered changing rooms, but decided not to. Unfortunately, this somehow led to an unexpected $120 charge on my credit card without any communication. Thankfully, I identified the mistake and the staff was able to correct it before checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would happily return.

The brunch vouchers we purchased, valued at $30 per person (2 vouchers, totaling $60), were never used. When we checked in, we were never informed that brunch was only available until 10:00 a.m. On the morning of our stay, we came downstairs shortly after 10:30 a.m. expecting to use our vouchers, only to find that the restaurant had already closed. As a result, we lost the full $60 value of the vouchers. When we explained the situation to the staff, we were simply told that the kitchen was closed and that they could neither provide a refund nor offer any alternative solution or compensation.
