Clean room, smelled fresh, and service was amazing we will be staying here every visit to Pigeon Forge. It's minutes from everything

Room had bad smelled. Bedding was dirty. Over all the property was not well maintained. Would not recommend.

The hotel was in a great location, close to most things we wanted to do. Our room was clean and neat and the convenience of the restaurant was nice on our first night. Would stay here again for sure.

We only stayed one night here because we arrived a day early for our cabin. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful, happy and helpful. The room on the other hand was not fully stocked, the floors were dirty and a lot of mildew in the shower. Overall we were comfortable and slept well but was put off by how dirty the room was.The location is great! Lots to do eat and see and a walkway to the Island and the Old Mill! The river walkway was the way we got around.

I had a wonderful stay. The bed was very clean, the room was spacious, and everything was perfect. I really liked it.

In a convenient area, but didn’t get the room I booked due to over booking. Booked a top floor room with balcony facing the road but they gave me a room with no balcony facing the river and I still had to pay the same price.

The breakfast buffet i was really small it was not worth the price they charge for it other then that the hotel was close to everything that wr could walk the the places and staff was nice
